All living creatures leave tracks on the earth in the form of footprints, excrement and much more. If we focus our attention on this, we can see and understand many of the stories of wild animals. In the workshop we will deal with tracks and signs of wild animals both in theory and in practice.

In the theoretical block, you will be taught the "grammar" of footprints, with basic knowledge about the number of toes and other morphological characteristics of the individual animal families. In the practical part, we train our eye in the field. What is reliably imprinted and what influence does the substrate have on the appearance of the pugmark? But it's not just footprints that will be examined in this workshop, in the practical part we will look at everything we find outside together. Hair on a fence passage, a feather pluck on the ground, buildings and nests - there is a lot to discover!

The workshop will be led by internationally certified tracker Stefanie Argow and environmental consultant Yvonne Rychlak.
