A second watercourse was built in the southeast of the landscape park and flows down the hill in broad arches. On its edges grow wild roses, chokeberry bushes and peach trees as well as strawberries, watercress and mint.

Dead hedges (Benjes hedges) were built between the arches of the watercourse. These linear, loose deposits of dead wood provide small animals with protection and food. At the same time they protect the soil from drying out and accelerate the sowing of trees and bushes. Raspberry and blackberry bushes were planted along the Benjes hedges and fences for protection against the wind and, of course, because they are delicious for both animals and humans.
