Maria Göbel
The anthroposophic art therapist Maria Göbel was one of the first visitors of the art hermitage at Rietzer Berg. She spend time there to paint quietly and in solitude with self-made natural colors. Maria paints in the rhythm of the moon and the seasons and also offers workshops - amongst others for producing natural colors.
One of the works that was created at Rietzer Berg is "Mondgöttin in Pastell" (Moon goddess in pastel shade). The artist herself about the painting: " This is a painting that developed intuitively and represents the energy of the location. It shows a connection to the plant mandrake."
The original painting can be seen in our art barn.
