Refuel Strength Naturally – Yoga & Mindfulness in Nature
Yoga improves flexibility and harmonizes body and mind. In the surroundings of the idyllic landscape park on Rietzer Berg you will get the change to connect with nature, get away from just thinking and into feeling and calmness. Join us and start the Sunday with some me-time.
Please bring: (yoga) mat, comfortable clothes, if needed pillow/blanket and insect repellent.
The yoga sessions takes about one hour. After that, you are welcome to stay in the garden, get in touch with your fellow yoga participants and enjoy the nature.
The cost for the workshop is donation-based - give as much as you like and what you think it was worth.
As a side note: the mosquitos feel as much welcome as humans here. So remember to protect yourself against them when visiting the landscape park.
