When looking at the tour calender of the Danish artist couple Line Bøgh und Christian Gundtoft you start wondering how they found the time for a two-week break at Rietzer Berg. Their audiovisual project "Linebug" is performing one concert after the other.
The singer and songwriter Line and the visual artist Christian have been living in Zeitz near Leipzig since last year. They appreciate the little German town a lot, mostly because of its thriving and growing art scene. Since 2017 they have been working together on their audio visual live concept with music, videos and a projection of drawings and animations on stage. Christian also exhibits his cubist art in two galleries in Denmark.
They enjoyed their time in the solitude of Rietzer Berg a lot, appreciated nature, went on long walks and listened to the sounds of the animals. But there was also enough time for work. Christian installed his painting studio in the living room and Line used her time for writing and singing. They ate a lot of healthy food they picked themselves in the community garden at the property and spend time in the shade of the chestnut tree at the infinity pool.
